JINGLE BELLS

The annual village sleigh race has arrived once again. Tom an George are this year's competitors and rivals for the affection of Miss Fanny Bright. Tom's ricety sleight is the cause of much amusement amongst the villagers and compared with George's superior model, he stands little hope of winning. When George plans to cheat in the race Tom's Chances seem eve3n less likely.

But the villages hadn't banked on the support of Tom's horse Dapple nor on the help of his mice friends Mittie and Miffy. Together against the odds they enter the race and triumph, winning the prize of a new sleigh and the heart of Miss Fanny.

'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

The house stands quiet and still. Not even the house mouse stirs to investigate the stockings hung by the children. The sugar plums dance to the dreams of the sleeping children, while father checks that all is well. Later, woken by a clatter, father witnesses the arrival of St. Nicholas on the snowy rooftops. Leaning out his bedroom window he listens as the reindeer complain of the cold conditions and hectic work schedule.

Racing down the stairs the father comes face to face with the jovial St. Nicholas who proceeds to fill the children's stockings, (taking care not to forget to put a piece of cheese into the mouse's stocking). After completing his task, St. Nicholas returns to the rooftops where his trusty reindeer await him. As he travels off in the moonlight he turns to wish a merry Christmas to all.
