Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Golden Class Movies.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus postage) or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
If you are returning an item that is proved to be defective, contact us with the details and you will receive the full refund plus the cost of postage.
You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund for a damaged or defective item, the cost of return shipping is paid for by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your it. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case that your item was defective in which case you will be reimbursed in full.
