Once upon a time there lived a jeweller who had three lovely daughters. His youngest, Beauty, was the fairest of them all.

One day misfortune strikes the jeweller when he is attacked by a highwayman who leaves him for dead.

Despairing for his life, he is saved by two servants who take him to their master's magnificent castle, Here the jeweller stays until he is well enough to return to his home and his beloved Beauty. Leaving through the castle's exquisite gardens, the jeweller picks a rose, where upon he is confronted by the elusive lord who is an awesome Beast. The Beast demands that Beauty comes to live in the castle in exchanges for his rose.

Beauty arrives at the castle filled with trepidation, howevwer her fear of the Beast slowly melts and a love starts to flourish. At the same time the Beast realises that Beauty is not his prisoner but instead the captor of his heart.

This faithful rendition of the timeless fairy tale will delight and enchant forever more.
