One night, the fairy prince is drawn to the sound of an enchanting voice and fins the beautiful Thumbelina who is no bigger than himself. But before their romance can blossom Thumbelina is kidnapped by Delores Toad, waylaid by Berkeley Beetle and betrothed to a befuddled Mr. Mole. A passing swallow, Jacquimo, hears Thumbelina's cries for help and urges her not to fear her plight but to follow her heart. Sure enough her Prince Cornelius battles storm and wind to rescue his one true love.

Celebratec animator Don Bluth conjures up the maigical world of Thumbelina, Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale set to the music of Award-winning composer Barry Manilow.
