In the not-too-distant future. electronics expert Frank Warren (RUTGER HAUER. Blade Runner, Blind Fury. The Hitcher) expertly masterminds a multi-million dollar diamond heist with his lover Noelle (JOAN CHEN, The Last Emperor, Twin Peaks) and long-time friend Sam. After a narrow escape. Frank is brutally shot and left for dead by his double-crossing partners. But their plan backfires when they learn that Frank has secretly hidden the diamonds!

Frank is lucky to survive his wounds. But his luck soon runs out when he discovers that Sam and Noelle have escaped the law, leaving him to take the blame. Trapped in an experimental high-tech prison, Frank has no chance of escape... with an explosive collar around his neck, secretly linked to that of one of his fellow inmates. If they are removed-or seperated by more than 100 yards-both explode. They call it WEDLOCK.

Tracy Little (MIMI ROGERS, Desperate Hours, Someone to Watch Over Me) tells Frank that she is his "wedlock" partner, but he is sceptical. It's a race against time... to get the diamonds, save their lives, and break out of WEDLOCK.
